What happens after I place an order online?

Once you place an order you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
If your order is ‘click and collect’ you will receive a text/email to let you know the product is ready for collection.

What payment methods are accepted online?

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Debit, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay amongst others. We also accept Tots Paradise Uniform Gift Vouchers that were purchased on this Site.

What does "PRE-ORDER" mean?

We are constantly taking deliveries replenishing our stock of popular items at busy periods. When an item is out of stock you can choose to Pre-Order which will add it to your basket. You can then pay at checkout as normal and the item(s) will be dispatched to you as soon as they come back into stock. We will contact you with an expected delivery date for the item(s) in question upon receiving your order. 

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free delivery on orders over €100. For orders under €100 there is a €5 delivery charge in the Republic of Ireland.

We also offer a “Click & Collect” option for free allowing you to order whatever you need, and we’ll drop you a message when it is ready for collection.

How long does delivery usually take?

Deliveries will be sent by Fastway Couriers. Fastway Couriers use track and trace. Delivery time is 1-2 working days from date of notification of dispatch.

From time to time we experience unexpected delays. We cannot accept responsibility for delays which are out of our control, for example strikes, bad weather or periods of large volume orders such as Christmas.

Click & Collect

Place your order online and choose the option for "Shop Pickup" at checkout.  You will receive a confirmation email to confirm that your order has been placed successfully. Once your order is ready for collection we will contact you to inform you of this. When collecting your items, you will need to bring a copy of your order confirmation email either printed or displayed on a Smartphone. A nominated person may collect your order on your behalf, but they must have your order confirmation with them. 

Our opening hours are currently 10.30am to 5pm Monday to Saturday inclusive (lunch 1pm to 2pm).

Does Tots Paradise cover the return postage cost of items?

No, unfortunately we do not cover the return postage cost of items bought online. We advise that when returning items to us that you use a secure form of delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. See our returns policy for further detail on returns.
