Online Purchases Refunds/Returns Policy

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on goods purchased online, and returned within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition.

Returns by Post

We do not cover the return postage cost of items bought online. We advise that when returning items to us that you use a secure form of delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Once we receive the parcel we will inspect the item(s) to ensure that they are unworn and fit for resale. We will contact you to inform you that the items have arrived and that your account will be credited or an alternative items will be sent to you provided the goods returned are not deemed to be damaged, worn or tampered with. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser should we suspect that the product has been used or worn. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns in store

You can return goods bought online to shop at Blackhall Street, Mullingar. If you return your purchase in store, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure that they are fit for resale. Provided they are not deemed to have been used or worn we will then inform you that we will credit your account through our online system or facilitate an exchange. We do not process refunds in store.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange a product for a different size or a different product, if available, pending the product purchased being returned is unworn and fit for resale.

In store purchases Returns Policy

With regard to in store purchases, we do not offer refunds on unwanted goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-returnable items. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund in respect of an online purchase yet after having been informed that one will be processed, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
